The terms apply to the sale of all products and services to private customers. The website is exclusively aimed at individuals. Hønsj reserves the right to revise these terms, and it is the user's responsibility to stay updated on any changes.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is a flat rate of 49,- for deliveries throughout Norway.

Shipments

Hønsj currently only ships to addresses within Norway. If you are unable to complete an order due to country restrictions, please contact us, and we will do our best to help fulfill your request to obtain our products.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway.

Shipping Time

The standard processing time for all items is 1-4 business days. Hønsj reserves the right to choose the best shipping method. For larger orders and delays, you will be contacted.

Delivery

Once the order is placed, we send an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent.

Home delivery is made to the nearest gate/door/mailbox. We cannot redirect packages or alter the contents of orders once they have been sent, so please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

Exchanges and Returns

You may request a return of full-price items within 30 days from delivery. Products must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are not covered. For items purchased with a discount, the return period is 14 days.

Damaged Goods and Complaints

Our handmade products may have natural variations. If the item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately.
