Returns and Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may request a refund for full-price items. For items purchased with a discount code or at a reduced price, you have 14 days to request a refund. All customized, special-order or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. Products must be returned unused, with all tags and original packaging intact and in saleable condition. Hønsj cannot accept returns where tags have been removed or products have been opened.

All exchanges depend on availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is in stock, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.

The cost of return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the buyer. We currently cannot offer prepaid shipping labels for returns.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within two weeks from receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged Goods and Warranty

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transit, you may submit a complaint request.

Damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
